Over the past 2 years, we have built up a proud reputation as a top quality urban beach event provider. Our events are carefully themed and branded with our partners to meet their aims and objectives. Typically, the urban beach will feature a giant beach and paddling pool overlooked by an expanse of raised timber decking. Supporting this, there are traditional seaside attractions such as the Carousel and Helter Skelter, games stalls, live music entertainment, cocktail bar and activities such as beach volleyball and children’s games. We provide ample seaside fayre selling everything from sticks of rock to seafood. The spectacle of transforming a city centre slabbed area into something reminiscent of a beach paradise attracted significant media attention from local papers to national television and even the Indian and Australian media.
In 2010, we delivered Paradise in the Park – a tropical themed beach event to the middle of Liverpool One shopping centre. Nottingham saw the successful return of the Nottingham Riviera with a fusion of French and English styles.
These events attracted in excess of 250,000 visitors to each event. Nottingham City Council’s Public Survey response had 96% of the public rating the event overall as very good (72%) or good (24%).
